MOUO, Govt. of India, had requested NOMC to make Redevelopment Plan for some portioos of lhe LBZ. The first reports created by SVC worked out various possible Redevelopment strategies to achieve better densities while retaining the urban character of the LBZ subzone. ll involved a detailed sludy of the original intent of lutyens' Delhi & Imperial Plan. an analysis of the condition of the ex.isling buildings & recommendations for better land use plan.
