SVC was commissioned to create an Urban Design Scheme & Local Area Redevelopment Plan for the precincts, including:
• Creation of a new Road Network
• Blocking Plans with Urban Design schemes
• Development Control Norms

The prospect involves stakeholders’ meetings, working with CPWD architects and with other govt. agencies to produce a comprehensive Urban Design scheme, and was a result of a consultative process with in depth detailed design work.
