The San Marzano in Mumbai is located in a very prominently valuable site near the Marine Drive. This, the last SAN MARZANO restaurant designed by the practice before the brand decided to stop its expansion in India. Strict municipal controls, and tight space constraints were issues to be resolved in this typical brand oriented interior project. The unit‘s design used traditional lighting and space creation tricks.
