A large luxury apartment block in South Delhi. Eight apartments, each with an area of about 3500 sft, along with the customary services and garden spaces, this project was completed in 2010 for a family – a demolish and redevelopment project on a half acre lot in a prominent South Delhi residential enclave. Walls insulated with thermocole on all outer skins, heat reflective glass, and all modern technologies with traditional elements like stone facing, pergolas and deep sunshades. An experiment with different vocabularies and materials.
