Developing Building Codes for ULB’s & Development Authority.
Since 2018 , SVC have been partnering with Creative Footprints and Shakti Foundation to create a Building and Planning regulatory system for Railway station Redevelopment schemes all over India . This is an ongoing project ( in 2020 ) , meant to create norms and regulations , as well as guidelines for consultants working on such schemes . The project involves strategies for monetization of excess railway land lying un utilized in many of the Indian Railway stations which are now being sought to be remodeled to suit the changing needs of Railway travel in the country .
