Urban Reforms & Advisory
SVC’s assignments on Real Estate Advisory works started in 1990’s . One of the first major assignments completed was a Real Estate Assessment done for the US Government , Department of State , and involved assessing evaluation and trends for properties owned by the US Government in India.
Subsequent clients have been the World Bank , USAID – FIRE project , and other development agencies
