Since 2003 , the practice and its principal has been involved with working with urban local bodies and municipal councils and corporations. Beginning June 2007, Mr. Sudhir Vohra has been working as a Consultant to the New Delhi Municipal Council ( NDMC), and assisted in analysis of the Zonal Plan of Zone D , MPD, 2021; creating layout plans of various parts of the NDMC jurisdictory area , and advising on issues relating to the Heritage Advisory Committee of the NDMC , the redevelopment of the Connaught Place District , the Public Arts Committee , and other such assignments which concern urban design and planning . This assignment has added value to the practice’s knowledge of issues concerning urban laws and regulations – an area of work which he has actively pursued and worked on since the last decade or so.
